Job summary

The Glove Company is seeking an Oracle HCM Solutions Architect / Lead for a remote role with 25–50% travel across the US. Candidates should have 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including 3+ years in a Solutions Architect capacity, and at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as Lead or Architect.

Strong cross‑module expertise across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time & Absence, and enterprise HCM design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• 3+ years in a Solutions Architect role.
• 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as Lead or Architect.
• Broad functional expertise across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, and other HCM modules.
• Strong solution architecture and enterprise HCM design experience.
• Hands-on and able to lead solution design and client discussions.
