Job summary

KAPITAL is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for commercial-sector clients. This hands-on role owns end-to-end architecture across multiple HCM modules and acts as the primary design authority in client discussions.

Travel of 25–50% is required across the US. You will guide configuration across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and ensure strong cross-module integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with at least 3 years working as a Solutions Architect.
• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in a Lead or Architect role.
• Wide functional knowledge spanning Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and other HCM areas.
• Proven strength in enterprise HCM design, solution architecture, configuration, and cross-module integration.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to drive design and client conversations on your own.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Travel can be to any location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
• Lead solution design sessions and client discussions independently, guiding stakeholders toward sound design decisions.
• Design and oversee configuration across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and related modules.
• Define cross-module integration approaches and ensure consistency across the HCM landscape.
• Provide architectural direction to functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel to client sites as needed (25–50%).
• Travel can be to any location in the US.
