Job summary

SMX seeks an accomplished Oracle General Ledger Lead to drive functional design, implementation, and success of Oracle EBS GL and related financial modules. You will lead COA design, SLAs, and integration with other enterprise systems while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires deep Oracle EBS experience, at least two full lifecycle implementations, and a US Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and leading Oracle EBS GL with COA and SLA.
• Led two+ full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations.
• Experience with AP, AR, and FA modules.
• Strong understanding of RICEW components from a functional perspective.
• Able to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• US citizenship with active Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead GL, SLA, and related Oracle Financials leadership for the program.
• Design, implement, and maintain COA to support scalability.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and liaison with technical teams.
• Create and oversee functional architecture for Oracle EBS financial solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to meet timelines.
• Assess configurations for scalability, security, and ongoing optimization.
