Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to support Oracle Fusion ERP modules and mentor junior staff. You will assist in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance initiatives, partnering with finance and IT to ensure effective ERP configurations and integrations.

The role emphasizes training others, delivering quality configurations, and continuous process improvement within a healthcare finance context. Remote states may be eligible for remote work where permitted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent background and experience - Required
• 3+ Years - Experience in ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility - Required
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support - Required
• Experience in hospital or health system finance operations- Preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering the assigned task.
• Delivers a work product that meets project requirements defined by the scope and stays within departmental guidelines for application configuration/development.
• Analyzes and documents current and future needs and workflows through interviews and gathering data regarding regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and departmental policies.
