Job summary
Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role covers planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, with emphasis on training and supporting partners and junior staff.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or related field, 3+ years ERP experience, and Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or business applications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing and support.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with business partners and IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning and forecasting improvements.
- Report progress to the application manager and ensure quality delivery.
- Document current and future needs and workflows through data gathering.
