Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules, leading configuration, testing, and implementation efforts. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.

The role requires 3+ years in ERP systems and a Bachelor's degree, with preferred experience in health system finance operations and Oracle Cloud proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility is required.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support is required.
• Experience in hospital or health system finance operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality delivery within scope and guidelines.
• Communicate with business partners to deliver solutions and improve processes.
