ZealHire Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Compensation Lead to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Compensation solutions for a one-year contract in San Antonio, TX.

The role emphasizes strong functional leadership and hands-on experience across SIT/UAT, working with Payroll, Core HR, and HRIS teams. You will translate business requirements into configurations, facilitate workshops, and manage offshore resources while coordinating with client teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• 3+ years of focused Oracle Fusion Compensation implementation experience.
• Experience leading compensation workstreams in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong understanding of Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Grades and Grade Ladders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Oracle Fusion Compensation functional lead for the project.
• Lead configuration of Oracle Fusion Compensation functionality including Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation.
• Prepare SIT and UAT test scenarios, test scripts, and data.
• Coordinate execution of SIT and UAT activities with stakeholders.
• Manage offshore resources and ensure alignment with payroll and HR processes.
