Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Compensation HRIS Application Specialist to manage and optimize compensation software within HR and support the migration to Oracle HCM Fusion. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll to ensure accurate compensation processes.

The role requires strong compensation knowledge, system configuration skills, and experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. Hybrid work options may be offered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in compensation-related roles.
• Experience translating policies into system configurations.
• Experience with end-to-end testing (unit, integration, UAT) for compensation processes.
• Ability to explain complex compensation logic to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support compensation software applications within HR.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and payroll to optimize workflows.
• Lead transition to Oracle HCM Fusion and ensure integration with systems.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade compensation modules.
