Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience across Hire-to-Retire.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud processes, configurations and data flows.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and drive solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide regular project status updates.
• Drive continuous process improvements, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.
• Be willing to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
