Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead on at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion applications across Finance, HCM, SCM, or related modules.
