Job summary

Alithya is seeking an Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Consultant to design, configure, and implement compensation solutions for salary, bonuses, and workforce programs. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end compensation processes that align with organizational goals.

You will lead the design and delivery of Compensation modules, facilitate requirement workshops, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations.
• US Compensation experience, including unions/bargaining units.
• Knowledge of merit, bonus, stock, budgeting, and fast formulas.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions for salary, bonus, and workforce compensation cycles.
• Lead design and delivery of Workforce Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and Salary Administration modules.
• Gather requirements through workshops with HR and business leaders and translate needs into configurations.
• Provide strategic guidance on compensation best practices and system capabilities.
• Configure plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheets, modeling, and budgeting in Oracle Cloud.
• Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems.
• Lead testing activities (POC, CRP, SIT, UAT), resolve defects, and support deployment.
• Develop functional specs for reports, dashboards, and integrations; coordinate with offshore resources.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
