Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Digital Managed Services Client Success Manager to own relationships for Oracle managed services, guiding governance, service roadmap, and client satisfaction across the EPM and ERP towers. The role requires hands-on Oracle EPM/ERP knowledge, strong governance, ServiceNow and ITIL experience, and leadership to drive renewals.

This position is 100% remote across the U.S. and Canada, with a base salary of $135,000–$165,000 and incentive opportunity bringing

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing, administering, or supporting Oracle EPM or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience as a Client Success Manager or delivery lead in managed services or IT services.
• Strong governance, escalation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end to end, leading governance and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and ensure adherence to SLAs and margins.
• Apply hands-on Oracle EPM/ERP knowledge to review solutions and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with SDMs and delivery teams to manage tickets and changes.
• Provide KPI reporting and translate data into actionable improvements.
