Job summary
Huron is hiring a Digital Managed Services Client Success Manager (CSM) to own the Oracle managed services client relationships, governance, and outcomes across a portfolio of ~10 clients. This role drives SLAs, margins, and renewal opportunities while collaborating with SDMs and delivery teams. Strong Oracle EPM/ERP knowledge and client-facing leadership are a must.
Role is 100% remote across the U.S. or Canada with a base salary range of $135,000-$165,000 and eligibility for annual incentive
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM or ERP experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business/IT/finance or related field required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship end to end; lead status calls and QBRs.
- Establish governance; manage escalations and contractual risks.
- Provide advisory on Oracle features and roadmap; drive service improvements.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery; monitor SLAs, tickets, and margins.
- Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and signoff activities.
