Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate for Oracle EPM managed services focused on EPBCS. This role supports client coverage across the West Coast time zone, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle EPM services with at least one certification, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Remote work is possible within the U.S. and Canada, with base salary in the six-figure range.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise on EPBCS (required).
• Experience with FCCS, ARC or PCMCS is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Admin or related field.
• 2–4 years for Associate; 5+ years for Senior Associate in Oracle EPM services.
• At least one Oracle EPM certification (level 2 support).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ITIL knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day managed services operations and issue resolution.
• Provide support to the Oracle EPM team, including troubleshooting.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor service metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM updates and industry trends.
