Job summary

Huron, a global consultancy, is seeking a Managed Services Associate/Senior Associate - Oracle EPM to deliver managed services for Oracle EPM clients, focusing on EPBCS. You will assist in service delivery, resolve client issues, and ensure high-quality support from a West Coast-based coverage perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Oracle EPM services experience for Associate level; 5+ years for Senior Associate.
• At least one Oracle EPM certification (level 2 support).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
• Monitor service performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration.
