The Managed Services Associate / Senior Associate - Oracle EPM will assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle EPM clients, with a focus on Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EPBCS, be based on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) to support client coverage, and be comfortable addressing a wide range of client requests beyond their specific area of expertise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, autonomous, and client-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The estimated base salary for this job is $110,000 - $140,000 (U.S.). The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500 - $161,000 (U.S.).
