Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks an Oracle Cloud Recruitment SME and Lead based in the United States. This role drives recruitment process excellence and technology optimization in a fully remote environment, combining deep Oracle Cloud Recruitment expertise with strong leadership.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, design and optimize workflows, and train teams while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment process management with Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes aligning with objectives and regulatory standards.
• Act as SME for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules and provide ongoing support.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and process improvements.
• Design, implement, configure, and optimize recruitment workflows in Oracle Cloud.
• Deliver training and documentation to recruitment teams on Oracle Cloud functionalities.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud developments and recruitment trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation initiatives.
