You will design, implement, and improve benefits solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliant practices while working independently with HR teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in benefits process management focusing on Oracle Cloud Benefits modules and solutions.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits configurations and data handling for employee benefits administration.
• Track record of optimizing benefits processes in complex HR/enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of benefits data management, validation, reporting, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee benefits processes, aligning with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Act as SME for Oracle Cloud Benefits modules, providing guidance and ongoing support to benefits and HR teams.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and process improvements.
• Design, configure, and optimize benefits processes using Oracle Cloud to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor data integrity across systems and workflows.
