Job summary

Jobgether partners to place a Functional Lead for Oracle Cloud Recruiting in the United States. You will drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Recruiting solutions, leading functional delivery and translating complex business requirements into scalable recruitment and onboarding workflows.

You will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, HR or related field.
• 5+ years with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding modules (functional configuration & implementation).
• Experience delivering full-cycle Oracle Cloud Recruiting implementations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding workflows and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation of the Oracle Cloud Recruiting module.
• Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality.
• Design and coordinate end-to-end recruiting and onboarding workflows.
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Advise on recruiting best practices and process design.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead client-facing discussions and functional reviews.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, training, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and implement resolutions.
• Maintain functional documentation and process specifications.
• Monitor progress with project teams to meet timelines.
• Conduct client-site visits as required.
