Job summary

IBM Consulting invites an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Lead to join our global consulting team. You will guide public sector clients through Oracle Cloud Benefits configurations, policy design, and best practices, delivering value across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage requirements, and produce end-user documentation while mentoring junior staff. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead with 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Benefits; ideally Core HR and Compensation also.
• Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing, impact analysis and testing.
• Ability to lead the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing.
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently yet as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
• Lead configuration and management of the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
• Provide guidance on business processes and implementation.
• Publish weekly status reports to project management.
• Coordinate with module resources to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Serve as Oracle Cloud HCM SME translating business requirements into configurations.
• Develop system processes documentation and suggest improvements.
• Support integrations, conversions, and reporting with technical streams.
