You will develop dashboards, benchmark against industry standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and service quality in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in business operations, including exposure to optometric practices and eye care.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess business performance by reviewing P&L statements to evaluate financial health and identify gaps.
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies and develop data-driven insights.
• Provide strategic guidance on practice management, staffing, marketing, and revenue cycle improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports highlighting critical indicators and industry benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to coordinate support for members.
