MSI is seeking a motivated Operations Intern for a 10-week remote rotational internship program spanning MSI and LeaseTrack. You will explore operations, program management, and process improvement while engaging with interdepartmental teams and top professionals during enrichment sessions.

You will rotate through functions, review training materials, and contribute to improving processes. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and practical exposure to the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a recognized college program with a focus on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in business operations, process improvement, and the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key functions supporting MSI and LeaseTrack to gain day-to-day program understanding.
• Review and help refine training programs, guides, and internal process documentation.
• Analyze operational reports, workflows, and records to understand decision making.
• Observe cross-functional meetings to understand coordination and ownership.
• Prepare operational status reports and other management documentation.
• Support project coordination, technology implementations, and process-improvement initiatives.
