Job summary

Symetri is seeking an entry-level Change Management & AI Operations Coordinator for a fully remote internship in the United States. The role focuses on supporting change-management initiatives, documenting processes, creating communications and training materials, and exploring AI-enabled improvements.

The position offers significant professional growth through hands-on exposure and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Solid organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Foundational understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, or technology-enabled productivity solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power Platform or similar technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support change-management initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking items, and monitoring progress.
• Document business processes, workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing communications, presentations, training materials, and user guides to support adoption.
• Track stakeholder engagement, training completion, adoption metrics, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI tools, automation, and process enhancements.
• Research new AI capabilities and recommend practical use cases to improve efficiency.
• Support testing, implementation, and ongoing management of AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and assist with continuous improvement.
• Maintain organized project records and provide leadership with status updates.
