Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO Leaders to join its Expert Network as subject matter experts. You will apply hands-on governance, portfolio management, and capacity planning experience to high-level research tasks. Successful candidates may complete paid tasks and get paid for their expert insights.

Paid tasks run up to $200 per hour and require one hour of uninterrupted work, with flexibility and the option to work from home as part of Prolific’s participant network.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function across sectors.
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or capacity planning.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools like MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret complex planning workflows and provide insights.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on project prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Review PMO scenarios including governance cycles and budget forecasting.
• Participate in surveys and interviews to inform planning practices.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning platforms.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to research on governance frameworks.
