Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
• Domain knowledge in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Analytical thinking to interpret complex planning workflows and provide insights.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail in governance, planning, or portfolio topics.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with expert perspective on project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and planning processes.
• Review PMO scenarios like governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews informing planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management in operations contexts.
• Contribute subject matter input to help research teams understand how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
