Job summary

VentureCopilot in the United States is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to keep a growing business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll own processes, tools and follow-ups that hold the business together: tracking projects, coordinating with vendors and teammates, and documenting how things get done.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy, changing workloads and thrives in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Professional English fluency, written and spoken
• 3+ years in operations, coordination, or project support
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear written communication and reliable follow-through
• A stable internet connection and a professional remote workspace

Responsibilities

• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across projects and teams
• Follow up on open items and flag risks early
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and handoffs between team members
• Prepare status updates for the founder or leadership
• Set up and maintain tools; document SOPs and processes
• Keep records, contracts, and files organized
• Manage vendor and contractor communication and onboarding
• Handle invoices and simple admin tracking
