VentureCopilot seeks a Marketing Assistant to support a growing US company’s day‑to‑day marketing efforts. You’ll help with content, social media, email, and campaigns, turning plans into published work and keeping schedules on track.

This hands-on role blends creative work with analytics, collaborating with founders and external partners to measure performance and optimize outreach. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English with strong writing
• 2+ years in marketing, content, or social media
• Hands-on experience with social scheduling and email tools
• Attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Basic analytics comfort and reporting know-how

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and schedule social posts across platforms
• Build and schedule email campaigns and newsletters
• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and partners
• Track engagement, clicks, and conversions and report takeaways
• Keep brand assets, templates, and files organized
