Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance before and after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents workflows, develops job aids, and publishes documents in a disciplined format.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet goals.
• Regular travel to other facilities in teammate's vehicle is required.
