Job summary

QAD Redzone, a division of QAD, seeks an Operational Excellence Coach (French Speaking) in New York to lead Lean transformations for Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing. You will coach shop floor teams, drive CI initiatives, and enable productivity gains using Redzone software.

The role requires 42 weeks of travel across the United States, a Hybrid work arrangement, and full-time employment. English and French fluency is mandatory, with a strong background in operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French required for customer interactions and coaching.
• Senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing is required.
• Experience coaching business clients in direct manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software across deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings.
• Tracks performance data and customer uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Provides executive overviews and status updates to customers.
• Travels up to 80% to customer sites within the US.
