Fulton Bank is seeking afocused QA/Testing lead to drive department initiatives and oversee testing for sensitive banking systems. You will develop and execute test plans, review specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
• 3+ years software systems testing and implementation in banking.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; CTM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department or cross-functional initiatives and support systems projects.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios; document testing process.
• Review technical specs and business scenarios to ensure critical files are processed.
• Maintain knowledge of business and technical ecosystem; train and support staff.
• Direct staff and vendors; resolve escalated systems issues.
