Job summary

Fulton Bank in the United States is seeking a Testing/QA professional to lead testing and execution of department-level and cross-functional initiatives across regulated banking systems. You will document requirements, develop and execute test scripts, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires 3+ years of banking system testing and a strong focus on integration, end-to-end, regression, and user-acceptance testing, with Lean Six Sigma or CTM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a business, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years software systems testing and implementation in banking or equivalent leadership/testing experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; Certified Test Manager (CTM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to and leads department and cross-functional projects related to strategic initiatives; establishes performance measures and analyzes metrics.
• Develops and executes test plans, scripts, and scenarios; documents testing per policies; reports results to management and vendors; assists in troubleshooting production issues; manages testing schedule.
• Reviews technical specifications and business scenarios; analyzes system relationships to prevent disruption and ensure processing.
• Maintains working knowledge of the business and technical ecosystem; supports staff with procedures, training and reporting; resolves escalated issues.
