Qualifications

• 3+ years of software systems testing and implementation in banking.
• Leadership, project management and testing experience.
• CTM or Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to, organizes, and leads department and cross-functional projects, work streams and activities related to strategic initiatives; establishes performance measures and monitors metrics.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts and scenarios; document testing per internal policies; provide results to management and vendors; assist in troubleshooting production issues; manage testing schedule.
• Review technical specifications, use cases and business scenarios; analyze system relationships and dependencies; recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
