You will develop test plans, document requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and quality standards across end-to-end processes. The position emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
• 3+ years software systems testing and implementation in banking.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to, organizes, and leads department and cross-functional projects related to strategic initiatives.
• Establishes performance measures and analyzes metrics for improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios; document the testing process and report results.
• Review technical specs and business scenarios to ensure critical files are processed correctly.
• Lead and/or support staff, training, and reporting; resolve escalated system issues.
• Troubleshoot client-facing systems and assist in delivering requirements to stakeholders.
