Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a role that leads and enables the execution of department level initiatives and supports and manages systems and projects across operational units. The position includes testing across integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT for regulated, time-sensitive processing systems.

The role requires 3+ years in banking software testing and implementation, with Lean Six Sigma and CTM preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years software systems testing and implementation in banking or equivalent leadership/testing experience.
• Lean and or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Certified Test Manager (CTM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to, organizes, and leads department and cross-functional projects and initiatives; establishes performance measures and analyzes metrics.
• Develops and executes test plans, scripts, and scenarios; documents testing processes and reports results.
• Reviews technical specs and business scenarios; analyzes system relationships to prevent disruptions and ensure processing.
• Maintains working knowledge of the business and technical ecosystem for their areas.
• Leads or supports staff with procedures, training, reporting; resolves escalated systems issues with staff and vendors.
