Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a QA/Testing leader to drive department and cross-functional initiatives within a regulated banking environment. The role focuses on documenting requirements, creating tests, and ensuring critical processing systems run smoothly.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, develop testing scripts, and resolve system issues while maintaining alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years software systems testing and implementation in banking.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize department and cross-functional projects aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios with documented results.
• Review specifications and analyze system relationships to prevent disruptions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and manage testing schedules and vendors.
• Provide training, reporting, and guidance to staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with client implementation teams to define technical needs.
