Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in software systems testing and implementation in banking.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead department or cross-functional projects and support initiatives.
• Establish performance metrics and analyze to drive improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts and testing documentation.
• Review specs and business scenarios; analyze system dependencies.
• Maintain knowledge of the business and technical ecosystem.
• Lead or support staff with procedures, training and reporting.
• Troubleshoot customer-facing systems and guide clients through resolutions.
