Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a busy professional to lead department and cross-functional initiatives, manage systems projects and document requirements. You will develop and execute end-to-end test plans, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure regulated processing runs smoothly.

The role requires 3+ years in banking software testing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and preferred Lean/Six Sigma or CTM certifications. Remote work is allowed within the Fulton footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software systems testing and implementation in banking.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (Preferred).
• Certified Test Manager (CTM) certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize department and cross-functional projects; establish performance measures and monitor metrics.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts and scenarios; document results and share with management and vendors.
• Review technical specs, use cases and business scenarios to ensure critical files are processed correctly.
• Maintain working knowledge of the business and technical ecosystem for the area.
• Support staff, provide training, resolve escalated system issues with vendors as needed.
