Job summary

Jobgether partners with a company seeking an Operations Supervisor based in the United States. This remote leadership role focuses on scaling and maintaining a high-performing distributed workforce, translating objectives into day-to-day execution.

You will work with the Operations Manager on workforce planning, onboarding, quality assurance, and invoicing to support growth to 100 active agents. You will monitor performance, coach staff, maintain records, and ensure reliability while addressing

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, workforce management, or team supervision.
• Ability to manage remote teams with accountability for attendance and quality.
• Experience monitoring performance against standards and providing coaching.
• Strong organizational skills for rosters, schedules and records.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases and invoicing information.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational priorities with alignment to broader objectives.
• Maintain roster of active agents and coordinate timely replacements.
• Monitor attendance and schedules to ensure 8-hour daily shifts are met.
• Conduct daily test calls and quality checks to meet standards.
• Provide timely coaching and follow-up on quality or performance issues.
• Support workforce growth toward 100 active agents.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance activities and record-keeping.
• Prepare and submit the operation’s monthly minutes-based invoice.
• Track performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action.
