Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of management experience with direct reports and performance management.
• Knowledge of quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze workflows and operational processes and implement changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and executives.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Change-management skills in evolving operational environments.
• For remote work, maintain engagement and camera presence in virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor departmental activities to ensure accurate, timely, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate team members, including hiring, work assignment, performance management, and development.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business counterparts and provide stakeholders with customer-focused insights.
• Coordinate across teams to respond to complex business challenges and opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to procedures, operations, and systems.
• Lead divisional projects from initiation to completion with stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate changes to processes and systems while supporting adoption and continuity.
• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with mission and goals.
• Prioritize, assign, and distribute work aligned with capabilities and requirements.
