Job summary

Centene is seeking a Supervisor Operations to lead entry and processing staff, oversee hiring and evaluation, and drive performance improvements across programs. You will ensure workflow efficiency, quality control, and timely reporting while supporting new contracts and client needs.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the United States with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation package reflecting the pay range listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience including hiring and firing authority for minimum of ten associates required.
• 2+ years in healthcare (government healthcare delivery preferred) or production environment required.
• Within ICMS/Mail Distribution Centers only, 2 years experience supporting production teams such as print, fulfillment, manufacturing or related industries required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entry and/or processing staff and provide hiring, training, evaluation and performance management.
• Monitor and direct workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and support new contracts or programs.
• Interface with internal staff, customers and other contractors to promote relationships and drive improvements.
