The role supports a remote-first work mode with Florida experience and occasional on-site collaboration in Longwood, FL. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the industry (or 7+ in sales/relationship management), active licensing, and strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Active licensing required for insurance brokerage roles.
• Professional designations are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and uphold service standards.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Oversee renewal and new business processes and manage client relationships.
• Monitor performance data and maintain data integrity across systems.
