The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry (or 7+ years in related client-facing roles), active licensing, and strong analytical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and understanding of client needs.
• Active insurance license is required.
• Professional designations are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing and onboarding.
• Manage client relationships and support renewals and service needs.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing and claims support.
