Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards across productivity, efficiency, quality and service.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff; ensure HR policies are followed.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support and documentation accuracy.
• Support renewals and new business processes; manage an assigned book of business.
