Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance brokerage or related client management roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Account Management staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance with processes, and promote service excellence.
• Support staff development, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems and support renewals.
