• Lead and coach Account Management staff; provide guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support staff development, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals; coordinate client service needs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and operational processes.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
