Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Support renewal and new business processes and service needs.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support and documentation.
