SSI People is seeking an Operations Specialist III to manage end-to-end external engagements in the healthcare sector. This role emphasizes contract execution, tracking, and clear stakeholder communication to keep programs moving smoothly.

You will collaborate with R&D, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring efficient processes, issue resolution, and continuous improvements across IHUB and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5 years' HCP/HDP engagement management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong clinical/R&D experience and familiarity with clinical terminology.
• Experience supporting engagements such as Investigator meetings, DSMBs, adjudication committees.
• Experience managing the operational side of contracting, not drafting terms.
• Strong coordination, tracking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple reviewer types and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain processes, timelines, and expectations.
• Process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive efficiencies.
• Team-player mentality with adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare professional, consultant, and external expert engagements, including contract initiation, execution, amendment, payment support, and closeout.
• Coordinate and track engagement requests to support timely, compliant completion and keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and next steps.
• Process and maintain contracts, documentation, trackers, status reports, and records within IHUB and other approved tools.
• Partner with R&D, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to support efficient execution, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
