Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance seeks a Healthcare Operations Specialist to provide non-clinical support to healthcare operations teams, handling data entry in medical management and CRM systems, and managing inbound and outbound calls including outreach campaigns.

This remote, mostly virtual role emphasizes attention to detail, prioritization, HIPAA privacy, and cross‑functional collaboration while supporting registration, credentialing, and beneficiary services.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D., U.S. Citizenship, 3+ years admin experience in medical/health ops, proficient with Microsoft Office, proficient data entry, ability to obtain DoD background clearance.
• Preferred: MA or CNA, knowledge of medical terminology, prior MCO/TRICARE/VA experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively evaluate and process tasks in medical management and CRM systems per procedures.
• Manage and complete registration requests in collaboration with care management, enrollment, credentialing, etc.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently for medical management and provider inquiries.
• Conduct outreach to secure medical documentation and facilitate program registration for beneficiaries.
• Respond to beneficiary, provider, and staff requests using standard processes.
• Support TW leadership by coordinating daily tasks and activities.
