Swooped in the United States is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end coordination and reporting for partner accounts remotely. You will oversee data integrity, system onboarding, and cross-team communications, serving as the central point of accountability for operational workflows, client onboarding, and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in G Suite and Excel, and the ability to interpret data to drive

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in G Suite, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting data with the ability to recommend performance or process improvements.

Mansioni

• Manage the end-to-end coordination and reporting process for partner accounts, overseeing data integrity, system onboarding, and communication across teams.
• Serve as a central point of accountability to ensure client onboarding, operational workflows, and reporting run smoothly and meet established quality standards.
• Evaluate data using sound judgment to recommend process enhancements and identify workflow streamlining opportunities.
• Work within proprietary platform systems to onboard new clients, assess operational readiness, and ensure deliverables meet performance criteria.
