Job summary

Swooped in the United States seeks an Operations Enablement Lead to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the operations organization. You will define strategies to enable servicing operations to scale while maintaining exceptional customer and partner outcomes.

As part of the Operations Enablement team, you will oversee cross-functional programs, develop roadmaps, and implement training, knowledge management, and change management initiatives to ensure readiness for product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable impact.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training initiatives.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Strong influence and executive communication skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset focused on outcomes.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Global perspective with vendor/partner operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy.
• Develop clear program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate concepts into manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve the knowledge ecosystem with SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Apply technical depth to design and create complex operational, instructional content.
• Oversee end-to-end training programs including onboarding and new product rollouts with measurement.
• Design for operational readiness tied to launches, expansions, and regulatory changes.
• Evaluate metrics and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives, partners, and vendor leaders.
• Lead augmented staff and contractors to deliver high-quality content and learning experiences.
• Facilitate structured change management for global teams.
• Manage additional PM responsibilities across adjacent domains.
